The Shannon ABM-D 135 is a fully automatic acrylic sheet bending machine designed for efficient processing of plastic sheets up to 5 mm thick. It can bend multiple sheets or a single sheet up to 135 cm in length in one cycle. Featuring two bottom and two top heating profiles managed by four temperature controllers, it enables simultaneous upward bends. Each bending line includes dual protractors for precise angle settings, a vacuum system, and pressure bars to secure the material. The front bending line assembly is adjustable for spacing, and one bending line can be deactivated when fewer bends are required.
